Mrs. Christine brings her skills, experience, and education combined with cognitive activities, to your home and your child! Her certification from the Canadian Institute of English and teaching style, includes 40 brain-based teaching methods developed by experts. These activities incorporate movement to help maintain mental sharpness and improve retention! Mrs. Christine lives in Bozeman, Montana and serves the area of Gallatin Valley! Join her fun classes that combine her passions for baking, teaching, nature and exploration of our universe!

STEM Baking and Cooking Adventures
Dive into the delicious world of food science with our 90-minute STEM Baking and Cooking Adventure classes! Explore the magic of cooking through recipes, from Bodacious Bubble Tea to Mouthwatering Meatballs, and mind-blowing desserts like Cloud Cookies, Wild Turtle Woopie Pies, Galaxy Donuts, and Erupting Volcano Cakes. Each class is a tasty adventure where you’ll uncover the physics, chemistry, and biology behind your favorite foods. Learn how fermentation creates zesty pickled veggies, why emulsions make the perfect vinaigrette, and how trapped water vapor makes popovers puff up! With hands-on, photo-illustrated recipes for snacks, mains, desserts, and more, you’ll become a culinary scientist in no time. Perfect for curious chefs ready to mix, measure, and munch their way through the science of food!

Little Writers: Mastering Print Handwriting
Print Handwriting for Little Learners
Class Duration: 6 Weeks; 60 minute class per week
Location: Student’s home or public library (virtual option available upon request)
Cost: $120 per child; 3 children min/6 children max (includes all materials and a handwriting workbook)

Give your young learner a head start on writing with our Little Writers: Mastering Print Handwriting class, specially designed for kids ages 5-7! In this 6-week program, children will develop the foundational skills needed to write clear, legible letters and numbers through fun, hands-on activities tailored to their developmental stage. Perfect for kindergarteners and early elementary students, this class combines fine motor practice with creative learning to make handwriting a joyful experience.
What Kids Will Learn
• Proper letter formation for uppercase and lowercase print letters (A-Z).
• How to write numbers 0-9 with correct stroke order.
• Fine motor skills to improve pencil grip, control, and hand-eye coordination.
• Pre-writing skills like tracing lines, shapes, and patterns to build confidence.
• Early literacy connections, such as letter recognition and simple word writing.

What Kids Will Learn
• Advanced print handwriting with consistent size, spacing, and alignment.
• Basic cursive writing, including connecting letters and proper slant (A-Z).
• Techniques for improving speed, legibility, and personal writing style.
• Calligraphy basics using a calligraphy pen for decorative lettering.
