ZOOM CLASSROOM RULES
Please share these rules with your child! With the exception of extenuating circumstances:
- A quiet and comfortable learning space is a must!
- Be dressed for school (no shirtless styles please)
- Be on time! (3-5 minutes early preferred)
- Come prepared (a pattern of not being prepared will be reported to the parent)
- Mute and turn your camera on! (Not showing your face is discouraging to both the teacher and other students)
- Do not drink or eat during class (exceptions are understandable, just don't be distracting)
- Pay attention and participate
- Don't play with your computer, phone, or other devices
- Be respectful (we have a zero-tolerance policy for anything other than respectful talk)
- Have fun and be creative!
PAYMENT and DISCONTINUING SERVICES
- Your online registration will state any applicable registration or curriculum fees due on your first invoice.
- Invoices will be emailed from Wave Invoicing on the 20th of each month prior to start of services. Payment is promptly due on the first day of each month. PO orders for charter schools must be submitted no later than the first of each month of services being rendered or before!
- When discontinuing a class, promptly notify administration (admin@homeschoolassistmt.com) AND your teacher
NO REFUNDS for MISSED CLASSES
No refunds for missed classes. If you will be gone, you may request a recording of class beforehand from your teacher.
No refunds for missed tutoring sessions. All efforts will be made to reschedule with 24-hours' notice.
Refunds will be given if the teacher cancels and is unable to reschedule; however, we do have substitute teachers so this should rarely be an issue.
